Tournament Headquarters will be at the Hawthorne Inn and Conference Center, 420 High Street, Winston Salem.
All Players must use the Online Registration at www.ncleaguetennis.com to register. If you have any issues with the registration system, email Matt DiLascio at Matt@nctennis.com or call us at 336-852-8577 for assistance. This is not the TennisLink system. Being registered on your team in TennisLink does not register you for the State Championships.
Any team dropping out after the Team Registration Deadline (Saturday, May 28, 2016) will be required to pay a $300 penalty. Any registration fees paid up to that point will not be refunded.
$25 per player entry fee, plus a $1 PayPal fee.
T-shirts will be available for purchase in the tournament room and at various sites.
PLAYER SOCIALS: Players are invited to a Player Social on Thursday and Friday afternoons from 3:00 - 7:00 PM at the Hawthorne Inn and Conference Center, 420 High Street, Winston Salem. Free beer from a local brewery, heavy appetizers (click here for menus), vendors and games. Cash bar. Stop by after your matches for an afternoon snack, a cold beer and to say, "Hi".
Tournament merchandise and various vendors will be available at tournament headquarters.
USTA North Carolina has partnered with Rainedout.com for its 2014 State Championships to provide you with up-to-the-minute updates on any changes made to the schedule as a result of inclement weather. To subscribe, text the word "2016WS" to 84483. You will get a response that says, "Welcome! RainedOUt mobile alerts-4msgs/mo. Msg&data rates may apply." You are then signed up to receive any texts sent out by the 40 & Over tournament only.
Captain are REQUIRED to pick up their packets prior to their first match to avoid any penalties. Captains (or a team representative) can pick up their packets in the tournament room on Wednesday, June 22nd from 5 PM-7 PM OR anytime before their first match subject to tournament room hours. Tournament room hours are 7 AM - 7 PM Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
In lieu of a Captains Meeting, all players will be given touranment information during the registration process.
